Yvon Mvogo cannot participate in the World Cup for Switzerland. His French club FC Lorient has announced that he suffers too much from a thigh injury.
Mvogo (28) was injured last weekend in the game against Paris Saint-Germain.
In the past two seasons, Mvogo played for PSV Eindhoven, which rented him from RB Leipzig. This summer he made a permanent move to the French league.
